Bee’s Book Bundles fundraiser

📣Bee’s Book Bundles fundraiser is back!

Last year, you helped me to raise £1,500 for the vital charity Oasis Domestic Abuse Service and I’m on a mission to raise even more, and to bring a bundle of book love to you / your nominated recipient on World Book Day (Thursday 4 March) 📚

It’s a way for me to share the love of reading whilst we can’t hold our Bee’s Bookshare meet us and to support this charity at a time when it’s never been more needed. b

Your bundle(s) will be a random selection of books to whet your reading appetite, carefully curated by me for you/your nominated recipient.

Donations can be made until Wednesday 3rd March.

THANK YOU for helping me to #RaiseforOasis

The wonderful bookshare community has helped to make this happen by gifting books for the fundraiser – thank you 🙏

Why Oasis?

This fundraiser is for this exceptionally important charity. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the risk of domestic abuse is heightened and victims are struggling to reach safety routes. On top of this, the charity has not been able to hold it’s usual fundraising events, losing vital income – at a time when they need it the most.

– 2 women a week are murdered by their current or ex partner.

– 1 in 10 women will be experiencing abuse right now

– 1 in 4 women will experience abuse at some point in their lives
